ALL ORDERS SHIPPED F.O.B. GOLDEN GATE HANDPIECE REPAIR & SALES.

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED C.O.D. OR WITH PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD UNLESS PRIOR CREDIT HAS BEEN APPROVED.

OPEN INVOICES ARE DUE ON THE 30TH DAY FOLLOWING THE INVOICE DATE. A 1 1/2% (OR THE LEGALLY ALLOWABLE RATE) SERVICE CHARGE PER MONTH WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL PAST DUE BALANCES UNITL PAID.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS WILL BE SHIPPED C.O.D. OR CREDIT CARD ONLY.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL.

ONLY UNUSED, UNOPENED (IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING) MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED, WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% ($10.00 MINIMUM) HANDLING/RESTOCKING CHARGE.



WARRANTY

PRODUCTS SOLD BY GOLDEN GATE HANDPIECE REPAIR & SALES ARE AS SPECIFIED ON THE INVOICE OR BY THE MANUFACTURER TO PROTECT THE PURCHASER AGAINST DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS UNDER NORMAL USE AND INSTALLATION.

ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SENT TO GOLDEN GATE HANDPIECE REPAIR & SALES FOR EVALUATION AND PROCESSING. WARRANTY SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO A $15.00 PROCESSING AND HANDLING FEE.

CLAIMS ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AT THE OPTION OF GOLDEN GATE HANDPIECE REPAIR & SALES.

PRODUCTS MUST BE SHIPPED TO GOLDEN GATE HANDPIECE REPAIR & SALES WITH FREIGHT PREPAID.
